rhubarb blow up.
this is the strawberry rhubarb fruit sauce i made to go into the strawberry rhubarb coffee cake. the recipe calls for you to make a huge amount of this stuff and then do 2 layers of it between 2 skimpy layers of biscuit cake batter. i just knew it was going to be too much sauce so i didn't use all of it.
but the cake still blew up.
so i am done with the freaking rhubarb.
