exactly 1 month later,

i have received (with dread) 14 more paper catalogs in the mail. These last 14 are in addition to the leftover "you may still receive a few additional catalogs because they are pre-printed ahead of time blah blah" catalogs from the 11 places i got rid of in october.

i have never even heard of most of the latest 14 companies, but i can only assume by the subject matter that the company i purchased a gift for my niece from is the one who sold my address to all the new places.

by the way, i long ago registered with direct marketing to not receive crap in the mail & i have not used a credit card in over 2 years.
