i didn't know you could actually make a ham. i thought people with smokehouses make hams & the rest of us buy the hams from the smokehouses or the HoneyBaked Ham shop (I don't consider the ham jello that comes in a tin an actual ham).
i searched for recipes which sort of confirmed that 'making a ham' = reheating a ham & usually with some sort of hideous glaze.
also, i think 'ham' is a friendly word & HoneyBaked ham, if you've never had it, is delicious.
