had some fabulous pieces but i am summarily dismissing them because he chose to have the models wear sheer black stockings with runs and holes in them & i cannot, under any circumstances, get behind that look for a runway show.

runs & holes in the stockings is a crawling home at 4am after the-party-extreme look.

or yes you could also get the runs & holes in your stockings by snagging them on the rough corner of a desk but if that's the case you're going to be really pissed off because you just bought them & they cost $XX & now they're ruined. which i'm sure is not the emotion alexander wang was hoping to evoke when he made the choice to rip the stockings. maybe it was something to do with "edgy" but here's the thing- his designs, all by themselves, were edgy.

i really liked them.

i'm sure he'd be thrilled to know that.
