i saw this woman on the street the other day. she was wearing a pair of dark metallic blue track shoes. i'm not much for track shoes as a look but these were killer track shoes with an updated shape.
she crossed the intersection one way & i another. i considered going after her to ask who made the shoes, but didn't because it would be a whole thing where i'd have to be cheery & upbeat & i didn't have the energy.
but i could not stop thinking about them.
for 24 hours.
so today i began an exhaustive internet search for dark metallic blue track shoes with an updated shape.
there's a lot of track shoes out there, people.
they come in all shapes, sizes, "profiles", materials & colors for men, women & children. *j & A even joined in the search. it's been a long day with nothing to show for it. i was beginning to think i imagined the metallic blue track shoes.
& then i found the Mizuno Geo-Silencers-
& i was thinking man do those look fast. the blue's too light & they're flashier than the ones i saw but they look so fast! & they have spikes!
i almost did not come to my senses on this one.
