butter rum blondies.

i wanted to go a completely different way with Blondies, so i tried Smitten Kitchen's Blondies recipe with bourbon. except i didn't have bourbon, so i subbed in some dark rum.

they were butter-rummy & gooey-er than i'm used to, but perfect for an adult Blondie.

i want to try them again with bourbon, but i know exactly nothing about bourbon.

favorite bourbon, anyone?
