bit of cake with your blueberries?

i decided to have another go at the buckle.

this recipe was a whole other ballgame compared to the first recipe i tried.

streusel topping was similar, but the cake actually tasted like cake this time. really tender & studded with a whopping 4 cups of fresh blueberries.
