fresh lemon curd.
i'm doing a yeast-raised braid this weekend with lemon curd for filling. i tried to get a head start on the curd last night but got distracted by who knows what & just as i put it on the stove to cook, i realized i'd doubled one of the ingredients.
so i stuck the whole mess in the fridge until i could get some more lemons & eggs today to double the batch.
i have no earthly idea what i will do with all this curd, but i'm sure i'll figure out something.
