i'm not getting into the cupcake business or anything like that, but cupcakes are fast becoming "the safe cake" for me. & by that i mean- they're cake, but not a cake. this is an important distinction to make while i continue to work through the psychological damage from the big giant cupcake wedding cake disaster of 2005*. 2 years later and bad things are still happening when i try to do a cake. but with cupcakes- everything's fine.
anyway, i need something to cart the cupcakes to work in besides cake boxes which are a precarious mess.
