Cynthia Rowley, inspired by a Candy Land-themed runway show she had realized with the artist Will Cotton, showed up wearing a dress of her own design, but topped off with a hat boasting real and faux cakes with 15 burning candles. "I think I'm quite the fire hazard!" she exclaimed, adding that the real cupcakes atop her head were purchased that same day at her kids' school's Monster Mash.
